Leadership Formation

Leadership Formation believes that a critical success factor that supports effective leadership is to support executives in reflection and thought regarding their managerial style and achievements.  Coaching and mentoring offers top management and key employees the opportunity to interact with external professionals in a safe environment free from organizational politics.  As a third party Leadership Formation can assist executives in identifying opportunities for improvement and charting a path for individual development. Our approach is focused on acting as a non-judgemental sounding board for leaders in thinking through strategies and in reflecting on past performance outside the corporate managment chain.
